Consejo T\u00e9cnico<\/span><span class=\"s11\"> del Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social<\/span><span class=\"s11\"> (IMSS)<\/span><span class=\"s11\"> en sesi\u00f3n ordinaria celebrada el 29 de junio de 2026.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s10\"><span class=\"s11\">Se acord\u00f3, e<\/span><span class=\"s11\">ntre otr<\/span><span class=\"s11\">os, l<\/span><span class=\"s11\">o <\/span><span class=\"s11\">que a continuaci\u00f3n se menciona<\/span><span class=\"s11\"> que consideramos m\u00e1s relevante:<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"s12\">1. <span class=\"s11\">Aprobar el uso exclusivo de la<\/span> <span class=\"s11\">E<\/span><span class=\"s11\">.FIRMA<\/span> <span class=\"s11\">emitid<\/span><span class=\"s11\">a<\/span><span class=\"s11\"> por el <\/span><span class=\"s11\">SAT<\/span><span class=\"s11\">, en los actos que realicen las personas empleadoras o sujetos obligados ante el<\/span><span class=\"s11\"> IMSS<\/span><span class=\"s11\">, cuando<\/span><span class=\"s11\">opten por realizarlos mediante medios de comunicaci\u00f3n electr\u00f3nicos y firmarlos con la <\/span><span class=\"s11\">E.FIRMA<\/span><span class=\"s11\"> que <\/span><span class=\"s11\">producir\u00e1 los mismos efectos legales que los documentos presentados con firma aut\u00f3grafa<\/span><span class=\"s11\">.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"s12\">2. <span class=\"s11\">Trat\u00e1ndose de persona empleadora o sujeto obligado<\/span> <span class=\"s11\">que autorice a realizar actos a su nombre y cuenta a una persona con car\u00e1cter de representante legal, administrador o cualquiera que sea el nombre con el que se les designe, deber\u00e1 realizar la vinculaci\u00f3n exclusivamente por medio del Escritorio Virtual para lo cual el particular representante se autenticar\u00e1 mediante el uso de su <\/span><span class=\"s11\">E.FIRMA<\/span><span class=\"s11\">, y firmar\u00e1 <\/span><span class=\"s11\">conjuntamente con<\/span><span class=\"s11\"> la persona representada, ambos mediante el uso de su <\/span><span class=\"s11\">E.FIRMA<\/span><span class=\"s11\">. <\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"s12\">3. <span class=\"s11\">Aprobar la derogaci\u00f3n del uso del N\u00famero Patronal de Identificaci\u00f3n Electr\u00f3nica (NPIE) y su certificado digital expedido por el IMSS para realizar actos ante el mismo<\/span><span class=\"s11\">.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"s12\">4. <span class=\"s11\">Otorgar un periodo de transici\u00f3n de 90 d\u00edas naturales, contados a partir de la publicaci\u00f3n del presente Acuerdo en el <\/span><span class=\"s11\">DOF <\/span><span class=\"s11\">para que las personas empleadoras o sujetos obligados puedan migrar al uso exclusivo de la <\/span><span class=\"s11\">E.FIRMA<\/span><span class=\"s11\">. <\/span><\/div>\n<p class=\"s10\"><span class=\"s11\">El referido Acuerdo <\/span><span class=\"s11\">entrar\u00e1 en vigor al d\u00eda siguiente de su publicaci\u00f3n en<\/span><span class=\"s11\"> el DOF.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s10\"><span class=\"s13\">A continuaci\u00f3n, p<\/span><span class=\"s13\">onemos a su disposici\u00f3n el
