class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>El 28 de diciembre de 2025 fue publicada en el Diario Oficial de la Federaci\u00f3n la<u> <strong>Resoluci\u00f3n Miscel\u00e1nea Fiscal (RMF) para 2026<\/strong><\/u> misma que entrar\u00e1 en vigor el 1\u00b0 de enero de 2026, as\u00ed como los Anexos siguientes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Anexo 1 de la RMF 2026 (formas oficiales fiscales)<\/li>\n<li>Anexo 4 de la RMF 2026 (cantidades actualizadas establecidas en la LFD)<\/li>\n<li>Anexo 5 de la RMF 2026 (cantidades actualizadas del CFF)<\/li>\n<li>Modificaci\u00f3n al Anexo 6 (cat\u00e1logo de actividades econ\u00f3micas)<\/li>\n<li>Anexo 8 de la RMF 2026 (tarifas aplicables a pagos provisionales, retenciones y c\u00e1lculo del ISR)<\/li>\n<li>Modificaci\u00f3n al Anexo 15 (disposiciones para efectos del ISAN)<\/li>\n<li>Anexo 25 de la RMF 2026 (cuotas actualizadas del IAEEH)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Hacemos de su conocimiento que el Anexo 8 que contiene <strong>las tarifas aplicables a retenciones y pagos provisionales de ISR han sido actualizadas<\/strong>, ajust\u00e1ndose l\u00edmites inferiores, superiores y cuotas fijas en poco m\u00e1s del 13% por lo que recomendamos revisar las referidas tablas.<\/p>\n<p>De igual forma, hacemos menci\u00f3n que algunos anexos han sido actualizados de numeraci\u00f3n, por lo que no necesariamente les corresponde el mismo n\u00famero de anexo que les hab\u00eda sido asignado en Resoluciones Miscel\u00e1neas de ejercicios anteriores.<\/p>\n<p>Ponemos a su disposici\u00f3n los v\u00ednculos en los cuales pueden ser
