class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>El pasado 16 de diciembre de 2025, la Secretar\u00eda del Trabajo y Previsi\u00f3n Social (STPS) emiti\u00f3 el bolet\u00edn 59\/25, a trav\u00e9s del cual informa que la denominada Ley Silla entr\u00f3 en vigor en todos sus aspectos, por lo que en ejercicio de sus atribuciones incorporar\u00e1 en su programa de inspecci\u00f3n de 2026 la verificaci\u00f3n del cumplimiento de las obligaciones derivadas de la Ley Silla.<\/p>\n<p>Recomendamos a nuestros clientes que sean patrones estar preparados para las inspecciones del pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o, adecuando las reglamentaciones internas y aplicando las medidas que a trav\u00e9s de la Comisi\u00f3n Mixta de Seguridad e Higiene los patrones deben tomar para el correcto cumplimiento de estas disposiciones, adem\u00e1s de tener preparadas las carpetas para cualquier inspecci\u00f3n por parte de la autoridad.<\/p>\n<p>En <strong>Fralla<\/strong> contamos con expertos
