class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>El 19 de agosto de 2025 la Procuradur\u00eda de la Defensa del Contribuyente (PRODECON) dio a conocer un documento en el que recuerda a los contribuyentes los plazos y requisitos para la aplicaci\u00f3n del programa de regularizaci\u00f3n previsto en la Ley de Ingresos de la Federaci\u00f3n para el 2025, el cual brinda la oportunidad de ponerse al corriente en adeudos fiscales con algunos beneficios fiscales como lo son la condonaci\u00f3n de recargos, multas y gastos de ejecuci\u00f3n correspondientes.<br \/><br \/>Para adherirse a este programa de regularizaci\u00f3n es necesario que los contribuyentes presenten la solicitud de autorizaci\u00f3n correspondiente <strong>a m\u00e1s tardar el 30 de septiembre de 2025.<\/strong><br
