class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>El 11 de julio de 2025 se publicaron en el Diario Oficial de la Federaci\u00f3n los Oficios Nos. 500-05-2025-17071 y 500-05-2025-17218, mediante los cuales se comunican los listados globales definitivos de contribuyentes que se ubicaron en el supuesto previsto en el cuarto p\u00e1rrafo del art\u00edculo 69-B del C\u00f3digo Fiscal de la Federaci\u00f3n, esto es, aquellos contribuyentes que no desvirtuaron los hechos que las autoridades fiscales en el ejercicio de sus atribuciones y facultades les imputaron y, por tanto, se considera que emitieron comprobantes fiscales sin contar con los activos, personal, infraestructura o capacidad material para prestar los servicios o producir, comercializar o entregar los bienes que
