class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Con la conclusi\u00f3n del primer semestre de 2025, es importante evaluar aspectos operativos, financieros y fiscales que permitan a las empresas definir la necesidad de reducir los pagos provisionales del Impuesto Sobre la Renta a partir del segundo semestre de dicho ejercicio.<br \/><br \/>En este sentido, la Ley del Impuesto Sobre la Renta contempla la posibilidad de que los contribuyentes puedan solicitar la aplicaci\u00f3n de un coeficiente menor al que ven\u00edan aplicando y, en consecuencia, se reduzcan sus pagos provisionales de ISR a partir del segundo semestre del ejercicio de que se trate, siempre y cuando se cumpla con los diferentes requisitos establecidos para tales efectos , entre los cuales se encuentra el presentar la solicitud correspondiente un mes antes de la determinaci\u00f3n del pago provisional al que se le quiera aplicar el nuevo coeficiente.<br \/>Te recordamos que la disminuci\u00f3n del coeficiente de utilidad es un beneficio que las empresas pueden utilizar para optimizar el pago de sus impuestos, el hacer uso de ello sin obtener la autorizaci\u00f3n de las autoridades fiscales, podr\u00eda considerarse como delito fiscal y traer diferentes consecuencias como pudiera ser la restricci\u00f3n del uso de los Certificados de Sello Digital necesarios para la
