listado de contribuyentes que promovieron alg\u00fan medio de defensa en contra de los oficios de presunci\u00f3n o definitivos previsto en el primer y cuarto p\u00e1rrafos del art\u00edculo 69-B del C\u00f3digo Fiscal de la Federaci\u00f3n, y una vez resuelto el medio de defensa, el \u00f3rgano jurisdiccional o administrativo dej\u00f3 sin efectos el acto correspondiente.<br \/><br \/>Ponemos a
