la constancia de situaci\u00f3n fiscal los datos no se hayan actualizado correctamente\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-657a5cb0 class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Derivado del inconveniente que tuvieron algunos contribuyentes, al no actualizarse su informaci\u00f3n de manera autom\u00e1tica con la presentaci\u00f3n del \u201cAviso de actualizaci\u00f3n de actividades econ\u00f3micas y obligaciones\u201d; PRODECON formul\u00f3 un requerimiento a la autoridad fiscal manifestando las fallas presentadas.<br \/><br \/>En respuesta el SAT inform\u00f3 que su Portal est\u00e1 funcionando de forma correcta por lo que el aplicativo, al confirmar la presentaci\u00f3n de dicho aviso, actualiza de manera autom\u00e1tica la informaci\u00f3n fiscal de los contribuyentes.<br \/><br \/>No obstante, si al consultar la constancia de situaci\u00f3n fiscal esta presenta informaci\u00f3n err\u00f3nea, se recuerda que los contribuyentes podr\u00e1n ingresar un caso de aclaraci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s del Portal del SAT, anexando la documentaci\u00f3n soporte que se consideren
