they must file the Transparency Information Statement for fiscal year 2024, no later than May 31, 2025.<\/p>\n<p>The purpose of such declaration is to provide clarity on the donations received, their use and destination, as well as on the activities that the donatarias carry out for the benefit of the country.<\/p>\n<p>Failure to comply with this obligation could result in the imposition of
