class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>El 06 de mayo de 2025 el Servicio de Administraci\u00f3n Tributaria public\u00f3 el Comunicado de Prensa No. 21-2025, mediante el cual recuerda a las donatarias autorizadas que deben presentar la Declaraci\u00f3n Informativa de Transparencia del ejercicio fiscal 2024, a m\u00e1s tardar el 31 de mayo de 2025.<br \/><br \/>Dicha declaraci\u00f3n tiene la finalidad de dar claridad sobre los donativos recibidos, su uso y destino, as\u00ed como sobre las actividades que las donatarias realizan en beneficio del pa\u00eds.<br \/><br \/>En caso de incumplir con dicha obligaci\u00f3n, pudiera derivar en la imposici\u00f3n de sanciones por parte de las autoridades fiscales e incluso en la p\u00e9rdida de la
