class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>El 02 de mayo de 2025 el Servicio de Administraci\u00f3n Tributaria public\u00f3 el Comunicado de Prensa No. 20-2025, mediante el cual recuerda a los contribuyentes empresas y personas con actividad empresarial que se encuentran obligados a dictaminar sus estados financieros del ejercicio fiscal 2024 para efectos fiscales, que deber\u00e1n presentarlos a m\u00e1s tardar el 15 de mayo de 2025.<br \/><br \/>Dicha obligaci\u00f3n resulta aplicable a aquellas empresas que, en el ejercicio inmediato anterior, acumularon para efectos del impuesto sobre la renta ingresos iguales o superiores a mil 855 millones 919 mil 380 pesos, as\u00ed como aquellas que al cierre del ejercicio inmediato anterior hubieran tenido sus acciones colocadas en bolsa de valores.<br \/><br \/>Las empresas y personas f\u00edsicas con actividad empresarial tienen la opci\u00f3n de presentarlo si, durante el ejercicio inmediate anterior:<br \/><br \/>&#8211; Sus ingresos acumulables superaron los 157 millones 785 mil 270 pesos.<br \/>&#8211; El valor de sus activos fue superior a 124 millones 650 mil 380 pesos.<br \/>&#8211; Si al menos 300 de sus trabajadores le prestaron servicios en cada mes del ejercicio.<br \/><br \/>Adem\u00e1s, se recuerda que los contribuyentes obligados que no presenten el dictamen, o lo hagan fuera del plazo legal, pueden ser acreedores a sanciones que van desde los 17 mil 330 pesos a 173 mil 230 pesos, as\u00ed como la posible restricci\u00f3n del Certificado de Sello Digital necesario para emitir
