2024, on April 23, 2025, the Taxpayer&#8217;s Defense Attorney&#8217;s Office (PRODECON) published a press release through which it makes available its advisory services to resolve the alleged inconsistencies detected by the tax authority to taxpayers.<\/p>\n<p>Likewise, PRODECON reminds that the authority has the power to return the balance in favor within 40 business days following the
