comunica el listado global definitivo de contribuyentes que se ubicaron en el supuesto previsto en el cuarto p\u00e1rrafo del art\u00edculo 69-B del C\u00f3digo Fiscal de la Federaci\u00f3n, esto es, aquellos contribuyentes que no desvirtuaron los hechos que las autoridades fiscales en el ejercicio de sus atribuciones y facultades les imputaron y, por tanto, se considera que emitieron comprobantes fiscales sin contar con los activos, personal, infraestructura o capacidad material para prestar los servicios o producir, comercializar o entregar los bienes que amparan tales comprobantes.<br \/><br
