class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>El 21 de febrero de 2025, se public\u00f3 en el Diario Oficial de la Federaci\u00f3n el \u201cDecreto por el que se reforman, adicionan y derogan diversas disposiciones de la ley del instituto del fondo nacional de la vivienda para los trabajadores y de la ley federal del trabajo, en materia de vivienda con orientaci\u00f3n social\u201d.<br \/><br \/>Algunos de los principales cambios derivados de esta reforma consisten en la ampliaci\u00f3n de las facultades del Instituto para construir y administrar viviendas, la creaci\u00f3n de una filial para desarrollar proyectos habitacionales, y la implementaci\u00f3n de un esquema de arrendamiento social y la promoci\u00f3n de una pol\u00edtica integral de vivienda con enfoque social y ambiental.<br \/><br \/>Respecto a obligaciones patronales, se establece que los descuentos a los trabajadores para el pago de amortizaciones, no podr\u00e1 suspenderse en los casos
