class=\"s14\">500-05-2024-26230 <\/span><span class=\"s14\">y<\/span><span class=\"s14\"> 500-05-2024-26231<\/span><span class=\"s14\">,<\/span> <span class=\"s14\">mediante <\/span><span class=\"s14\">los cuales <\/span><span class=\"s14\">se comunica<\/span><span class=\"s14\">n<\/span> <span class=\"s14\">los <\/span><span class=\"s14\">listado<\/span><span class=\"s14\">s <\/span><span class=\"s14\">global<\/span><span class=\"s14\">es<\/span><span class=\"s14\"> definitivo<\/span><span class=\"s14\">s<\/span> <span class=\"s14\">de contribuyentes que se ubicaron en el supuesto previsto en el cuarto p\u00e1rrafo del <\/span><span class=\"s14\">art\u00edculo 69-B del C\u00f3digo Fiscal de la Federaci\u00f3n<\/span><span class=\"s14\">, esto es, aquellos contribuyentes que no desvirtuaron los hechos que las autoridades <\/span><span class=\"s14\">fiscales <\/span><span class=\"s14\">en el ejercicio de sus atribuciones y facultades les imputaron y, por tanto, se considera que emitieron comprobantes fiscales sin contar con los activos, personal, infraestructura o capacidad material para prestar los servicios o producir, comercializar o entregar los
