class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>El 24 de enero de 2025 se publicaron en el Diario Oficial de la Federaci\u00f3n los Oficios Nos. 500-05-2024-25842 y 500-05-2024-26177 mediante los cuales se comunican los listados globales de presunci\u00f3n de contribuyentes que se ubicaron en el supuesto previsto en el primer p\u00e1rrafo del art\u00edculo 69-B del C\u00f3digo Fiscal de la Federaci\u00f3n, esto es, aquellos contribuyentes que fueron detectados por las autoridades fiscales a trav\u00e9s del ejercicio de sus atribuciones y facultades, emitiendo comprobantes fiscales sin contar con los activos, personal, infraestructura o capacidad material, directa o indirectamente, para prestar los servicios o producir, comercializar o entregar los bienes que amparan tales comprobantes, por lo que se presume la inexistencia de las operaciones amparadas con dichos comprobantes.<br \/><br \/>Ponemos a su disposici\u00f3n los v\u00ednculos donde pueden ser
