Atenci\u00f3n al contribuyente<br \/><br \/>Se llevar\u00e1 a cabo la simplificaci\u00f3n de tr\u00e1mites y servicios con mayor demanda como la inscripci\u00f3n al Registro Federal de Contribuyentes (RFC) y e.firma. Se plantea renovar el portal del SAT, potenciar el uso de las aplicaciones m\u00f3viles para la presentaci\u00f3n y pago de declaraciones, consulta de buz\u00f3n tributario, opini\u00f3n de cumplimiento y facturaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como implementar nuevas facilidades para el R\u00e9gimen Simplificado de Confianza (RESICO).<br \/><br \/>2. Acompa\u00f1amiento al contribuyente cumplido<br \/><br \/>El programa destaca la Regularizaci\u00f3n Fiscal para peque\u00f1os contribuyentes con ingresos de hasta 35 millones de pesos, quienes podr\u00e1n cubrir sus adeudos fiscales con una reducci\u00f3n del 100% sobre recargos, multas y gastos de ejecuci\u00f3n.<br \/><br \/>Se habilita el prellenado de declaraciones para las empresas del sector primario, R\u00e9gimen de Coordinados y R\u00e9gimen Opcional de Grupo de Sociedades, con la informaci\u00f3n de las facturas electr\u00f3nicas, pagos provisionales y declaraciones anuales.<br \/><br \/>Se prev\u00e9 una actualizaci\u00f3n a la plataforma de declaraciones informativas, en donde podr\u00e1n presentar en l\u00ednea, entre otras, la Declaraci\u00f3n Informativa M\u00faltiple (DIM), la Declaraci\u00f3n Informativa de Operaciones con Terceros (DIOT), la Declaraci\u00f3n Informativa M\u00faltiple del Impuesto Especial Sobre Producci\u00f3n y Servicios (Multi-IEPS), facilitando el cumplimiento de esta obligaci\u00f3n.<br \/><br \/>3. Fiscalizaci\u00f3n contra la evasi\u00f3n y el contrabando<br \/><br \/>El SAT continuar\u00e1 utilizando herramientas tecnol\u00f3gicas de fiscalizaci\u00f3n y de intercambio de informaci\u00f3n con otras autoridades federales para garantizar el correcto cumplimiento de las obligaciones de los contribuyentes, llevar\u00e1 a cabo la revisi\u00f3n a sectores econ\u00f3micos con alto riesgo de evasi\u00f3n y de planeaciones a trav\u00e9s de sus esquemas reportables, fortalecer\u00e1 el combate al contrabando y comenzar\u00e1 una fiscalizaci\u00f3n profunda de las operaciones y participantes del comercio exterior.<br \/><br \/>Asimismo, mantendr\u00e1 las acciones de litigio estrat\u00e9gico en tribunales federales y reforzar\u00e1 su participaci\u00f3n en contra de la defraudaci\u00f3n
