class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El 3 de octubre de 2024, el Servicio de Administraci\u00f3n Tributaria (SAT) dio a conocer el comunicado 055\/2024 a trav\u00e9s del cual inform\u00f3 que a partir de octubre se simplifican algunos tr\u00e1mites y se otorgan facilidades a los contribuyentes que tributan en el R\u00e9gimen Simplificado de Confianza.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Tr\u00e1mite del RFC y e.firma<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para la inscripci\u00f3n en el RFC ya no se requiere que los contribuyentes personas f\u00edsicas y morales realicen la preinscripci\u00f3n en el Portal del SAT previo a su cita.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para la inscripci\u00f3n en el RFC y e.firma de contribuyentes personas f\u00edsicas ahora solo se requiere presentar credencial para votar vigente expedida por el INE.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para la renovaci\u00f3n de la e.firma de personas f\u00edsicas que tengan menos de un a\u00f1o de vencida, se puede realizar por canales remotos y, en caso de hacerlo en las oficinas del SAT, se debe presentar \u00fanicamente una memoria USB.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Constancia de Situaci\u00f3n fiscal<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se puede obtener en las oficinas del SAT solo con huella digital o credencial para votar vigente y desde cualquier lugar a trav\u00e9s de medios electr\u00f3nicos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se habilita la C\u00e9dula de datos fiscales para consultar de manera m\u00e1s pr\u00e1ctica datos como RFC, r\u00e9gimen fiscal, y c\u00f3digo postal.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>R\u00e9gimen Simplificado de Confianza <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los contribuyentes que tributen en este r\u00e9gimen quedan exentos de presentar declaraci\u00f3n anual.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los contribuyentes dedicados a la agricultura, ganader\u00eda, pesca y actividades silv\u00edcolas que sean socios o accionistas de uniones de cr\u00e9dito, ahora pueden tributar en este r\u00e9gimen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las personas f\u00edsicas que salieron del r\u00e9gimen pueden volver al mismo mediante un caso de aclaraci\u00f3n o con un aviso de actualizaci\u00f3n de actividades.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ponemos a su disposici\u00f3n el v\u00ednculo donde puede ser
