El importe de los premios otorgados se podr\u00e1 acreditar contra el impuesto sobre la renta propio o el retenido a terceros sin que la suma total del monto exceda en su conjunto 500 millones de pesos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, se podr\u00e1 aplicar este est\u00edmulo respecto de las compras de bienes o servicios realizadas mediante tarjetas de servicios operadas en M\u00e9xico, por entidades comerciales que no pertenezcan al sistema financiero, que a trav\u00e9s de un contrato que regule el uso de las mismas, permitan a sus usuarios personas f\u00edsicas su utilizaci\u00f3n en diversos comercios afiliados a dichas entidades diferentes a la emisora de la tarjeta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El acreditamiento contra el impuesto sobre la renta a su cargo o el retenido a terceros podr\u00e1 realizarse, hasta agotarse, a partir del mes siguiente a aqu\u00e9l en el que se realice la entrega de premios a cada ganador y una vez que se haya entregado al SAT la informaci\u00f3n que determine a trav\u00e9s de las reglas de car\u00e1cter general.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En materia de contribuciones locales, el Decreto establece que los impuestos estatales que se generen con motivo de la obtenci\u00f3n de los premios del sorteo realizado por el SAT ser\u00e1n cubiertos por la Federaci\u00f3n a la entidad federativa donde se entregue el premio a trav\u00e9s de los procedimientos previstos en las leyes de la materia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Finalmente, se establece que, los beneficiarios no se encontrar\u00e1n obligados a presentar el aviso establecido por el C\u00f3digo Fiscal de la Federaci\u00f3n en materia de acreditamientos de est\u00edmulos fiscales y el importe de los premios entregados a las personas f\u00edsicas, derivados del sorteo, no se considerar\u00e1n ingresos acumulables para efectos del impuesto sobre la renta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ponemos a
