class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Estimados patrones, les recordamos que el 30 de septiembre de 2024 es la fecha l\u00edmite para la presentaci\u00f3n del dictamen sobre el cumplimiento de obligaciones en materia de seguridad social correspondiente al ejercicio fiscal de 2023.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Recordemos que conforme al art\u00edculo 16 de la Ley del Seguro Social, los patrones que cuenten con un promedio anual de trescientos o m\u00e1s trabajadores en el ejercicio fiscal inmediato anterior est\u00e1n obligados a dictaminar el cumplimiento de sus obligaciones ante el Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adjuntamos el v\u00ednculo al portal del IMSS para el
