class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Con vistas al inicio del \u00faltimo trimestre del ejercicio fiscal de 2024, en el \u00e1rea Patrimonial de <strong>FRALLA <\/strong>consideramos que es el momento oportuno para realizar un precierre del ISR anual y, en su caso, tomar las medidas pertinentes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sin duda este an\u00e1lisis es relevante cada ejercicio fiscal; sin embargo, consideramos que en el ejercicio fiscal de 2024 existen factores econ\u00f3micos y pol\u00edticos que resultan significativos como la transici\u00f3n de Poder Ejecutivo en nuestro pa\u00eds, las posibles reformas fiscales; as\u00ed como la incertidumbre de las elecciones en los Estados Unidos de Am\u00e9rica y las consecuencias que esto puede generar en M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A la fecha, se han detonado diversos factores como el incremento del d\u00f3lar estadounidense frente al peso mexicano y el efecto de la inflaci\u00f3n en M\u00e9xico; los cuales tienen un efecto fiscal muy relevante para las personas f\u00edsicas que mantienen inversiones en el extranjero, por lo que es importante analizar cada caso particular previo al cierre del ejercicio, con objeto de prever los efectos que esto generar\u00e1 en cuanto a pago de impuestos y\/o generaci\u00f3n de atributos fiscales en la declaraci\u00f3n anual del ejercicio que se presenta durante el mes de abril de 2025 y en los ejercicios siguientes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En este sentido, recomendamos revisar en conjunto con sus asesores financieros, el efecto fiscal que se ha detonado derivado del comportamiento en el Mercado Global durante el ejercicio de 2024, as\u00ed como el r\u00e9gimen fiscal que resulta aplicable en M\u00e9xico a cada tipo de inversi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En <strong>FRALLA <\/strong>contamos con el <strong>\u00e1rea de asesor\u00eda patrimonial<\/strong> que posee la experiencia necesaria para apoyar a las personas f\u00edsicas que mantienen este tipo de inversiones en lo personal o a trav\u00e9s de estructuras en el extranjero
