El pasado 6 de agosto entr\u00f3 en vigor el Acuerdo ACDO.AS2.HCT.230724\/261.P.DIR (Acuerdo), dictado por el Consejo T\u00e9cnico del Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social (IMSS), mediante el cual se dan a conocer los Lineamientos de Car\u00e1cter General para la Operaci\u00f3n del Buz\u00f3n IMSS (Lineamientos), as\u00ed como la relaci\u00f3n de tr\u00e1mites y servicios disponibles y por ofrecerse a trav\u00e9s de este.<\/p>\n

Los particulares deber\u00e1n habilitar el Buz\u00f3n a m\u00e1s tardar el 1\u00ba de febrero de 2025.<\/p>\n

Si dicho Buz\u00f3n no se habilita en el plazo citado, se se\u00f1alen datos err\u00f3neos o no se registran los medios de contacto, el IMSS podr\u00e1 efectuar la notificaci\u00f3n de sus actos o resoluciones administrativas por Estrados.<\/p>\n

Las actuaciones realizadas a trav\u00e9s del Buz\u00f3n IMSS producir\u00e1n los mismos efectos legales que los documentos firmados aut\u00f3grafamente y, en consecuencia, tendr\u00e1n el mismo valor probatorio que las disposiciones aplicables les otorguen a \u00e9stos.<\/p>\n

Al respecto, el IMSS mediante comunicado de Prensa de fecha 7 de agosto de 2024, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que una vez habilitado el Buz\u00f3n IMSS, en una primera etapa de su implementaci\u00f3n, los usuarios podr\u00e1n realizar de manera digital tr\u00e1mites y notificaciones en materia de incorporaci\u00f3n, recaudaci\u00f3n y fiscalizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Se\u00f1alando que para los patrones el Buz\u00f3n constituir\u00e1 un canal adicional para realizar tr\u00e1mites ante el Instituto, ya que \u00e9stos se podr\u00e1n seguir gestionando de manera presencial en las 133 Subdelegaciones del IMSS.<\/p>\n

Los particulares que previo a la entrada en vigor de los Lineamientos hayan iniciado tr\u00e1mites o servicios en una modalidad distinta al Buz\u00f3n IMSS, podr\u00e1n optar por concluirlos a trav\u00e9s del medio utilizado inicialmente, o bien realizarlos a trav\u00e9s del nuevo Buz\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

En consecuencia, se dejan sin efectos los Acuerdos emitidos por el Consejo T\u00e9cnico: i) ACDO.AS2.HCT.240620\/170.P.DIR, mediante el cual se aprobaron los Lineamientos Generales para el uso del Buz\u00f3n IMSS, publicado en el Diario Oficial de la Federaci\u00f3n el 9 de julio de 2020, y ii) ACDO.AS2.HCT.270422\/106.P.DIR, publicado en el Diario Oficial de la Federaci\u00f3n el 22 de septiembre de 2022.<\/p>\n
