Las personas trabajadoras pueden obtener su RPCI descargando en sus tel\u00e9fonos celulares la App IMSS Digital y registr\u00e1ndose una sola vez con su N\u00famero de Seguridad Social, CURP y un correo electr\u00f3nico.<\/p>\n<p>Dicha herramienta vinculada al canal de denuncia <a href=\"http:\/\/www.imss.gob.mx\/denuncia\">http:\/\/www.imss.gob.mx\/denuncia<\/a>, permite restituir los derechos de las personas trabajadoras que proporcionen elementos respecto de incumplimientos en materia de seguridad social.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por su parte, mediante comunicado publicado el 5 de julio de 2024, el IMSS refrenda acciones de fiscalizaci\u00f3n espec\u00edficas respecto del sector de limpieza, cuyos actos de fiscalizaci\u00f3n han determinado 186 millones de pesos, 4 con autocorrecci\u00f3n y el resto con resoluci\u00f3n determinativa de cr\u00e9dito fiscal; detect\u00e1ndose 21,997 personas trabajadoras omisas y 19,563 subdeclaradas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Con base en dichas acciones, el IMSS ha logrado un mayor cumplimiento en el pago oportuno por parte del sector patronal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ponemos as\u00ed como en el acompa\u00f1amiento en los procesos de fiscalizaci\u00f3n llevado a cabo por el Instituto y la atenci\u00f3n oportuna de requerimientos y\/o invitaciones, para verificar el
