30\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-12b22217 elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"12b22217\" data-element_type=\"widget\" class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El 4 de junio de 2024 fue publicado en el Diario Oficial de la Federaci\u00f3n (\u201cDOF\u201d) la Primera Resoluci\u00f3n de Modificaciones a la Resoluci\u00f3n Miscel\u00e1nea Fiscal para 2024 (\u201cPrimera RMF 2024\u201d) y sus Anexos 1, 1-A, 9, 11, 14, 15, 23, 29 y 30, la cual en t\u00e9rminos generales entr\u00f3 en vigor al d\u00eda siguiente de su publicaci\u00f3n, esto es el 5 de junio de 2024, excepto por aquellas disposiciones dadas a conocer de manera anticipada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mediante dicha publicaci\u00f3n destacan las siguientes reformas:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Inscripci\u00f3n en el RFC <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se confirma la publicaci\u00f3n realizada mediante la segunda versi\u00f3n anticipada de la Primera RMF 2024, a trav\u00e9s de la cual se estableci\u00f3 la posibilidad de inscripci\u00f3n en el Registro Federal de Contribuyentes (\u201cRFC\u201d) de mexicanos que viven en el extranjero sin obligaciones fiscales en M\u00e9xico; personas f\u00edsicas que \u00fanicamente perciban ingresos por salarios y en general por la prestaci\u00f3n de un servicio personal subordinado, as\u00ed como de personas f\u00edsicas sin obligaciones fiscales, atendiendo para tales efectos a lo previsto por la ficha de tr\u00e1mite 321\/CFF \u201cSolicitud de inscripci\u00f3n en el RFC de personas f\u00edsicas a trav\u00e9s de oficina virtual\u201d contenida en el Anexo 1-A de la RMF 2024.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Reanudaci\u00f3n de actividades en el RFC de contribuyentes suspendidos del RESICO <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mediante la publicaci\u00f3n de la S\u00e9ptima Resoluci\u00f3n de Modificaciones a la Resoluci\u00f3n Miscel\u00e1nea Fiscal para 2023 publicada en el DOF el 18 de octubre de 2023 y, posteriormente, en la Resoluci\u00f3n Miscel\u00e1nea Fiscal para 2024 publicada en el DOF el 29 de diciembre de 2023, se estableci\u00f3 la posibilidad, para los contribuyentes personas f\u00edsicas que hubieran sido suspendidos de tributar en t\u00e9rminos del R\u00e9gimen Simplificado de Confianza (\u201cRESICO\u201d) por haber detectado que en un ejercicio fiscal, no emitieron comprobantes fiscales, no presentaron pago mensual alguno, ni la declaraci\u00f3n anual del ejercicio fiscal, de reanudar su situaci\u00f3n fiscal atendiendo a lo establecido en dicha regla, facilidad que se mantiene mediante la publicaci\u00f3n de la Primera RMF 2024.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Factor de acumulaci\u00f3n por dep\u00f3sitos o inversiones en el extranjero <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Llama la atenci\u00f3n que, expirada la fecha para la presentaci\u00f3n de la declaraci\u00f3n anual correspondiente al ejercicio fiscal de 2023, las autoridades fiscales dan a conocer el factor de acumulaci\u00f3n aplicable al monto del dep\u00f3sito o inversi\u00f3n al inicio del ejercicio fiscal de 2023, el cual es de 0.0000; sin embargo, en el aplicativo para la presentaci\u00f3n de la declaraci\u00f3n anual mencionada se consideraba el factor de 0.0000.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Anexo 1 Primera RMF 2024<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se da a conocer el \u201cFormato de Inscripci\u00f3n al RFC a trav\u00e9s de oficina virtual\u201d.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Anexo 9 RMF 2024<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se da a conocer la tabla que contiene los factores para la actualizaci\u00f3n de deducciones, trat\u00e1ndose de personas f\u00edsicas que obtengan ingresos por la enajenaci\u00f3n de bienes inmuebles y que ejerzan la opci\u00f3n prevista por la regla 3.15.1. de la Resoluci\u00f3n Miscel\u00e1nea Fiscal para 2024.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ponemos a su disposici\u00f3n el v\u00ednculo en el cual puede ser
