Asimismo, derivado de las modificaciones que han surgido en materia laboral, y en concreto en materia de subcontrataci\u00f3n de servicios especializados de personal, la inscripci\u00f3n al Instituto FONACOT se ha convertido en un requisito y tema de inspecci\u00f3n para las empresas que prestan y obtienen estos servicios especializados de personal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El proceso de afiliaci\u00f3n es un proceso gratuito y \u00e1gil, por lo que recomendamos ampliamente revisar la situaci\u00f3n particular de cada patr\u00f3n, persona f\u00edsica o moral, para asegurar el correcto cumplimiento de dicha obligaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En <strong>FRALLA<\/strong> contamos con personal especializado que podr\u00e1 apoyar en la revisi\u00f3n de
