These guidelines mandated the provision of multiple pieces of information and documentation to demonstrate the exceptional and specialized nature of such services through the REPSE (Registry of Providers of Specialized Services or Specialized Works) online platform.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s11\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s12\">According to the <\/span><span class=\"s12\">aforementioned guidelines<\/span><span class=\"s12\">, the registration would be valid for 3 years, requiring registered individuals or entities to renew their registration every 3 <\/span><span class=\"s12\">years through the REPSE online platform within three months prior to the expiration date of their registration.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s11\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s12\">As the 3-year validity period for registrations granted during the 2021 period is about to expire, the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare recently published an Agreement outlining the procedure and specifications for requesting and obtaining the renewal of the <\/span><span class=\"s12\">aforementioned registration<\/span><span class=\"s12\"> through the REPSE online platform.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s11\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s12\">Providers should note that the renewal process must be initiated three months prior to the expiration of their registration, with the three-year validity period being counted from the date of their registration in the registry, regardless of any updates made to the registration.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s11\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s12\">It should be noted that for the renewal of registration for individuals or entities registered in the Registry, the <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/repse.stps.gob.mx\/\"><span class=\"s13\">http:\/\/repse.stps.gob.mx<\/span><\/a><span class=\"s12\"> platform will enable a module called \u00abRegistration Renewal,\u00bb which can only be accessed during the period defined by the Ministry, in accordance with the validity of their registration notice, as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<table authorities or registration cancellation.
