(Annual Declaration). This will impact the determination and payment of contributions to workplace accident insurance from March 1st, 2024, to the last day of February 2025.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">To do this, employers must consider, among other things, all workplace accidents and occupational diseases that occurred in 2023, which have the nature of terminated workplace risks. These include those concluded by the medical discharge notice to return to work (ST-2 Notice), by the determination of a partial or total permanent disability (ST-3 Assessment), or by the death of an employee while performing their duties (ST-3 Assessment)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
