class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se recuerda que a partir del 1\u00b0 de enero de 2022 las personas morales y f\u00edsicas que celebren operaciones con partes relacionadas est\u00e1n obligadas a contar con la documentaci\u00f3n con la que se demuestre que sus ingresos acumulables y deducciones autorizadas fueron determinados, considerando para esas operaciones los precios, montos de contraprestaciones o m\u00e1rgenes de utilidad que hubieran utilizado u obtenido con o entre partes independientes en operaciones comparables.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para estos efectos, resulta conveniente recordar que se considera que dos o m\u00e1s personas son partes relacionadas, cuando una participa de manera directa o indirecta en la administraci\u00f3n, control o capital de la otra, o cuando una persona o grupo de personas participe directa o indirectamente en la administraci\u00f3n, control o capital de dichas personas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, se recuerda que las personas que celebren operaciones, en el a\u00f1o de calendario inmediato anterior, con partes relacionadas que sean personas morales nacionales o extranjeras, personas f\u00edsicas y establecimientos permanentes en el pa\u00eds de residentes en el extranjero, deber\u00e1n presentar a m\u00e1s tardar el 15 de mayo del a\u00f1o inmediato posterior a la terminaci\u00f3n de ejercicio de que se trate, la informaci\u00f3n solicitada mediante la Declaraci\u00f3n Informativa M\u00faltiple.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De igual manera, se recuerda que los contribuyentes que sean partes relacionadas de personas morales obligadas a dictaminar sus estados financieros para efectos fiscales estar\u00e1n obligados a presentar como parte de la declaraci\u00f3n del ejercicio de que se trate la informaci\u00f3n sobre su situaci\u00f3n fiscal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En <strong>FRALLA <\/strong>contamos con personal especializado para llevar a cabo el an\u00e1lisis de las operaciones celebradas entre partes relacionadas y por las cuales pudiera tenerse la obligaci\u00f3n de cumplir con las obligaciones antes mencionadas y otras en esta materia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
