class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Art\u00edculo Vig\u00e9simo Transitorio de la Resoluci\u00f3n Miscel\u00e1nea Fiscal para 2024 establece que para los efectos del art\u00edculo 214 de la Ley del Impuesto sobre la Renta (LISR), los contribuyentes que dejen de tributar en el R\u00e9gimen Simplificado de Confianza (RESICO) de Personas Morales, deber\u00e1n presentar a m\u00e1s tardar el 31 de enero de 2024, el \u201cAviso de actualizaci\u00f3n de actividades econ\u00f3micas y obligaciones\u201d, de conformidad con la ficha de tr\u00e1mite 71\/CFF del Anexo 1-A, o bien, a trav\u00e9s de la presentaci\u00f3n un caso de \u201cServicio o solicitudes\u201d, desde \u201cMi Portal\u201d, a trav\u00e9s del Portal del SAT, eligiendo el tr\u00e1mite \u201cAVISO_RSC_RGL_PM\u201d, a fin de cumplir con sus obligaciones de acuerdo al r\u00e9gimen que le corresponda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Contin\u00faa se\u00f1alando el Art\u00edculo Vig\u00e9simo Transitorio que Trat\u00e1ndose de contribuyentes que a partir del 1\u00b0 de enero de 2024 deban cumplir con sus obligaciones fiscales conforme a RESICO de Personas Morales, deber\u00e1n presentar a m\u00e1s tardar el 31 de enero de 2024, el \u201cAviso de actualizaci\u00f3n de actividades econ\u00f3micas y obligaciones\u201d, de conformidad con la ficha de tr\u00e1mite 71\/CFF del Anexo 1-A, o bien, a trav\u00e9s de la presentaci\u00f3n de un caso de \u201cServicio o solicitudes\u201d, desde \u201cMi Portal\u201d, a trav\u00e9s del Portal del SAT, eligiendo el tr\u00e1mite \u201cAVISO_RSC_PM\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por lo anterior, el 29 de enero del 2024 el Servicio de Administraci\u00f3n Tributaria dio a conocer el comunicado 008\/2024, a trav\u00e9s del cual hace el recordatorio a los contribuyentes que el 31 de enero de 2024 es la fecha l\u00edmite para que las personas morales con ingresos de hasta 35 millones de pesos anuales presenten su aviso para tributar en el RESICO, ya que posteriormente no podr\u00e1n cambiar la opci\u00f3n de tributaci\u00f3n durante el ejercicio fiscal.<\/p>\n<p
