class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El 26 de enero de 2024 se public\u00f3 en el Semanario Judicial de la Federaci\u00f3n de la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n (SCJN) la Jurisprudencia en Materia de Solicitud de Devoluci\u00f3n de Saldo a Favor, tal y como se se\u00f1ala a continuaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Pleno Regional en Materia Administrativa de la Regi\u00f3n Centro-Norte, con residencia en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, determin\u00f3 que si una persona solicita la devoluci\u00f3n de un saldo a favor conforme al art\u00edculo 22 del C\u00f3digo Fiscal de la Federaci\u00f3n y no combate la resoluci\u00f3n de la autoridad que la niega, no precluye su derecho a solicitarla nuevamente subsanando los defectos formales de la primera solicitud o aportando elementos adicionales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ponemos a su disposici\u00f3n la liga en la que puede consultar la
