Dicho paquete est\u00e1 integrado, entre otros, por los Criterios Generales de Pol\u00edtica Econ\u00f3mica para la iniciativa de Ley de Ingresos y el proyecto de Presupuesto de Egresos de la Federaci\u00f3n correspondientes al ejercicio fiscal de 2024.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La propuesta del Ejecutivo Federal incluy\u00f3 los siguientes criterios de pol\u00edtica econ\u00f3mica:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Para el ejercicio de 2024, se estima un rango de crecimiento para la econom\u00eda mexicana que va de 2.5 a 3.5% anual.<\/li>\n<li>Se proyecta que la tasa de inter\u00e9s cierre 2024 en 9.5%.<\/li>\n<li>Se estima que la inflaci\u00f3n cierre el a\u00f1o de 2024 en 3.8%.<\/li>\n<li>En cuanto al tipo de cambio, se estima que al cierre de 2024 se ubique en 17.6 pesos por d\u00f3lar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ponemos a su disposici\u00f3n el v\u00ednculo donde puede ser consultado dichos Criterios:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/gaceta.diputados.gob.mx\/PDF\/65\/2023\/sep\/20230908-C.pdf\">http:\/\/gaceta.diputados.gob.mx\/PDF\/65\/2023\/sep\/20230908-C.pdf<\/a><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Tasa de retenci\u00f3n intereses pagados por el sistema financiero <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El 13 de noviembre de 2023 fue publicado en el Diario Oficial de la Federaci\u00f3n el Decreto por el que se expide la Ley de Ingresos de la Federaci\u00f3n para el Ejercicio Fiscal de 2024, la cual se\u00f1ala que durante el ejercicio fiscal de 2024 la tasa de retenci\u00f3n anual por los intereses pagados por el sistema financiero ser\u00e1 del 0.50%.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ponemos a su disposici\u00f3n el v\u00ednculo donde puede ser consultado dicho Decreto:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/dof.gob.mx\/nota_detalle.php?codigo=5708368&amp;fecha=13\/11\/2023#gsc.tab=0\">https:\/\/dof.gob.mx\/nota_detalle.php?codigo=5708368&amp;fecha=13\/11\/2023#gsc.tab=0<\/a><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Salario m\u00ednimo <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El 12 de diciembre de 2023 fue publicado en el Diario Oficial de la Federaci\u00f3n la Resoluci\u00f3n del H. Consejo de Representantes de la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de los Salarios M\u00ednimos que fija los salarios m\u00ednimos generales y profesionales que habr\u00e1n de regir a partir del 1\u00b0 de enero de 2024.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al respecto, se establece que los salarios m\u00ednimos generales que tendr\u00e1n vigencia a partir del 1\u00b0 de enero de 2024 se incrementar\u00e1n en 20.0% tanto en la Zona Libre de la Frontera Norte (ZLFN), como en Resto del Pa\u00eds, por lo cual, en la Zona Libre de la Frontera Norte el salario m\u00ednimo pasa de 312.41 a 374.89 pesos diarios por jornada diaria de trabajo, mientras que para el resto del Pa\u00eds el salario m\u00ednimo general pasa de 207.44 a 248.93 pesos diarios, por jornada diaria de trabajo.<\/p>\n<p
