class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El 4 de enero de 2024, el Servicio de Administraci\u00f3n Tributaria (SAT) dio a conocer el comunicado 002\/2024 a trav\u00e9s del cual inform\u00f3 que desde el 1\u00b0 de enero y hasta el 1\u00b0 de abril de 2024, las personas morales pueden presentar su Declaraci\u00f3n Anual del ejercicio fiscal 2023 y para facilitar el cumplimiento de esta obligaci\u00f3n, el SAT inform\u00f3 que se realizaron actualizaciones y mejoras para su presentaci\u00f3n, entre las que destacan:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Pueden agregarse las p\u00e9rdidas fiscales por amortizar que no se visualicen en el formulario, provenientes de las declaraciones de los ejercicios 2013 a 2021.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Se incluye la primera y segunda actualizaci\u00f3n de la p\u00e9rdida fiscal por amortizar, en el caso de que se haya generado en el ejercicio inmediato anterior.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Eliminaci\u00f3n de los estados financieros: \u201cEstado de flujo de efectivo\u201d y \u201cEstado de cambios en el capital contable\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Precarga de la informaci\u00f3n de los estados financieros que permanecen, presentados en el ejercicio inmediato anterior.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Adici\u00f3n de la deducci\u00f3n inmediata de inversi\u00f3n prevista en el Decreto Relocalizaci\u00f3n, publicado en el Diario Oficial de la Federaci\u00f3n el 11 de octubre de 2023 y de los beneficios fiscales otorgados a los contribuyentes de las zonas afectadas por el Hurac\u00e1n Otis, en los formularios tanto del R\u00e9gimen General de Ley como del R\u00e9gimen Simplificado de Confianza (RESICO).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Reducci\u00f3n del formato de impresi\u00f3n para facilitar la identificaci\u00f3n de algunas deducciones aplicadas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Se renueva el formato de los estados financieros para dar mayor certeza al visualizar los datos del contribuyente generados en la Declaraci\u00f3n Anual.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Contin\u00faa se\u00f1alando el comunicado 002\/2024 que para realizar el env\u00edo de la declaraci\u00f3n es necesario contar con la firma electr\u00f3nica (e.firma) y estar al corriente con las declaraciones de pagos provisionales, declaraciones anuales del impuesto sobre la renta (ISR) de ejercicios anteriores, declaraciones de retenciones de pagos realizados por arrendamiento, honorarios, RESICO de personas f\u00edsicas, sueldos y salarios, asimilados y dividendos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Adicionalmente, se se\u00f1ala que es necesario que los contribuyentes personas morales cuenten con un servicio de banca electr\u00f3nica, toda vez que, de obtener un saldo a cargo, debe pagarse por transferencia electr\u00f3nica a trav\u00e9s del banco de su preferencia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Por \u00faltimo, ponemos a su disposici\u00f3n el v\u00ednculo donde puede ser consultado dicho
