El 13 de noviembre de 2023 fue publicado en el Diario Oficial de la Federaci\u00f3n (DOF), el Decreto por el que se expide la Ley de Ingresos de la Federaci\u00f3n para el Ejercicio Fiscal de 2024<\/em> mediante el cual se da a conocer, entre otras circunstancias, la cantidad de $9,066,045.8 millones de pesos que se prev\u00e9 obtener en el referido ejercicio por concepto de recaudaci\u00f3n de impuestos, cuotas y aportaciones de seguridad, contribuciones de mejoras, aprovechamientos, entre otros.<\/p>\n

Entre las cuestiones que se abordan y detallan en la referida Ley cabe resaltar las siguientes:<\/p>\n

a) Se incrementa la tasa de retenci\u00f3n de impuesto sobre la renta por parte de Instituciones Financieras del 0.15% al 0.50% (Incremento de 233%).<\/p>\n

b) Se autoriza a Petr\u00f3leos Mexicanos (PEMEX) y sus empresas subsidiarias un monto de endeudamiento interno de hasta 138 mil 119.1 millones de pesos y externo de hasta 3 mil 726.5 millones de d\u00f3lares de los Estados Unidos de Am\u00e9rica; representando lo anterior un incremento de 410.3% y 2,520.6% respecto de los mismos presupuestos autorizados para el ejercicio de 2023.<\/p>\n

Se autoriza al Ejecutivo Federal un monto de endeudamiento neto externo hasta por la cantidad de 18 mil millones de d\u00f3lares de los Estados Unidos de Am\u00e9rica, para el financiamiento del Presupuesto de Egresos de la Federaci\u00f3n de 2024, lo que significa un incremento de 227.3% respecto de la cifra autorizada para el ejercicio de 2023.<\/p>\n

Se autoriza a la Comisi\u00f3n Federal de Electricidad (CFE) y sus empresas productivas subsidiarias un monto de endeudamiento neto externo de hasta 1 mil 188 millones de d\u00f3lares de los Estados Unidos de Am\u00e9rica, lo que se traduce en un incremento de 199.3% respecto de la cantidad autorizada para el ejercicio de 2023. En lo que concierne al endeudamiento neto interno, el valor asociado a este \u00faltimo concepto se redujo en un 95.3% para el ejercicio de 2024.<\/p>\n

De igual forma, con fecha 13 de noviembre de 2023 se public\u00f3 en el DOF el Decreto por el que se reforman, adicionan y derogan diversas disposiciones de la Ley Federal de Derechos.<\/em><\/p>\n
