Su marca registrada es uno de sus mas preciados activos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cuando se inicia un negocio lo primero que debemos de tomar en cuenta es identificar el signo distintivo que nos va a representar, el cual puede ser solo un \u201cnombre\u201d, un \u201cdise\u00f1o\u201d, o ambas dependiendo de la creatividad de cada empresa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para identificar que tipo de marca vamos a registrar debemos evaluar cual va a ser el signo distintivo que la va a representar. Actualmente existen diversos tipos de marcas:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Nominativas<\/li>\n<li>Figurativas<\/li>\n<li>Tridimensionales<\/li>\n<li>Mixtas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por ejemplo, puede ser solo un nombre como \u201cGARCIA\u201d sin ning\u00fan tipo de dise\u00f1o que lo acompa\u00f1e, es decir, se constituye de letras, palabras o n\u00fameros, en este caso estar\u00edamos hablando de una marca <u>NOMINATIVA<\/u>, o si hablamos solo de un dise\u00f1o, que se constituido a partir de figuras o logotipos desprovistos de letras, palabras o n\u00fameros estar\u00edamos hablando de una marca <u>INNOMINADA<\/u>. Las marcas <u>TRIDIMENSIONALES<\/u> est\u00e1n conformadas a base de envoltorios, empaques o envases, desprovistas de palabras o dibujos, es decir, sin denominaci\u00f3n ni dise\u00f1os. Por ultimo encontramos la marca \u201cMIXTA\u201d, la cual se constituye de la combinaci\u00f3n de cualquiera de los tipos de marcas anteriores, pueden ser las siguientes variables:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Denominaci\u00f3n y Dise\u00f1o.<\/li>\n<li>Denominaci\u00f3n y Forma Tridimensional<\/li>\n<li>Dise\u00f1o y Forma Tridimensional<\/li>\n<li>Denominaci\u00f3n,
