En conjunto con el dep\u00f3sito del MLI, M\u00e9xico present\u00f3 sus reservas y notificaciones sobre los Convenio Bilaterales comprendidos por el MLI<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El 19 de junio de 2023<a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\">[2]<\/a> se public\u00f3 en el Diario Oficial de la Federaci\u00f3n el Decreto Promulgatorio de la Convenci\u00f3n Multilateral para Implementar las Medidas relacionadas con los Tratados Fiscales Destinadas a Prevenir la Erosi\u00f3n de las Bases Imponibles y el Traslado de Beneficios, hecha en Par\u00eds, Francia, el 24 de noviembre de 2016.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En esta publicaci\u00f3n se inserta una traducci\u00f3n en espa\u00f1ol del Instrumento Multilateral, as\u00ed como las reservas y notificaciones de M\u00e9xico antes citadas. No obstante, cabe se\u00f1alar que la versi\u00f3n oficial del Instrumento Multilateral fue hecha en los idiomas ingl\u00e9s y franc\u00e9s, siendo ambos textos igualmente aut\u00e9nticos, por lo que la versi\u00f3n en espa\u00f1ol publicada en el Diario Oficial de la Federaci\u00f3n no es oficial y pudiera tener desviaciones respecto de las versiones aut\u00e9nticas en ingl\u00e9s y franc\u00e9s, por lo que recomendamos revisar cada caso particular.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En Fralla nos ponemos a sus \u00f3rdenes para identificar la manera en que a partir de 2024 el Instrumento Multilateral impactar\u00e1 en las operaciones presentes y futuras que realicen con personas de otras jurisdicciones y con las que M\u00e9xico tenga celebrado un Convenio de Doble
