Jurisdicci\u00f3n que deposita el instrumento de ratificaci\u00f3n del Instrumento Multilateral que modifica los Convenios Fiscales Bilaterales para implementar medidas BEPS (MLI por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Convenio entrar\u00e1 en vigor para cada Signatario el primer d\u00eda del mes siguiente a la conclusi\u00f3n de un plazo de tres meses contados a partir de la fecha de dep\u00f3sito por dicho Signatario de su instrumento de ratificaci\u00f3n, aceptaci\u00f3n o aprobaci\u00f3n. Esto es, el MLI entrar\u00e1 en vigor en M\u00e9xico a partir del 1\u00ba de julio de 2023.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Respecto de los impuestos retenidos en la fuente (e.g. M\u00e9xico) sobre las cantidades pagadas o abonadas a no residentes, el Convenio surtir\u00e1 efectos cuando el hecho que genera la imposici\u00f3n ocurra a partir del primer d\u00eda del a\u00f1o civil que comience a partir de la \u00faltima de las fechas en las que este Convenio entre en vigor para cada una de las Jurisdicciones contratantes del Convenio fiscal comprendido. Esto es, 1 de enero de 2024.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En conjunto con el dep\u00f3sito del MLI, M\u00e9xico present\u00f3 sus reservas y notificaciones sobre los Convenio Bilaterales comprendidos por el MLI<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
