En consecuencia, el salario base de cotizaci\u00f3n para efectos de la determinaci\u00f3n de las cuotas obrero-patronales de seguridad social tambi\u00e9n deber\u00e1 ajustarse considerando la nueva prima vacacional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ahora bien, de acuerdo con la Ley del Seguro Social los patrones est\u00e1n obligados, entre otros, a comunicar las altas y bajas, las modificaciones del salario y los dem\u00e1s datos de sus trabajadores dentro de plazos no mayores de cinco d\u00edas h\u00e1biles.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por lo tanto, consideramos relevante tener en cuenta que, dado el ajuste en la prima vacacional con motivo del nuevo periodo de vacaciones y, en consecuencia, del salario base de cotizaci\u00f3n, los patrones deber\u00e1n presentar dentro de los 5 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles ante el Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social las modificaciones al salario base de cotizaci\u00f3n de sus trabajadores.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
