style=\"text-align: justify;\">El 27 de diciembre de 2022 se public\u00f3 en el Diario Oficial de la Federaci\u00f3n la Resoluci\u00f3n Miscel\u00e1nea Fiscal para 2023 y sus Anexos 1, 5, 8, 15, 19, 26 y 27, la cual entrar\u00e1 en vigor el 1\u00b0 de enero de 2023 y estar\u00e1 vigente hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2023.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Revisaremos dicha Resoluci\u00f3n Miscel\u00e1nea Fiscal para 2023 y, en caso de que detectemos alg\u00fan cambio relevante, lo haremos de su conocimiento en un Flash posterior.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A continuaci\u00f3n, ponemos a su disposici\u00f3n el v\u00ednculo en el cual puede ser consultada m\u00e1s a detalle la referida publicaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Decreto en materia de vacaciones<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El 27 de diciembre de 2022 se public\u00f3 en el Diario Oficial de la Federaci\u00f3n el Decreto por el que se reforman los art\u00edculos 76 y 78 de la Ley Federal del Trabajo, en materia de vacaciones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En t\u00e9rminos generales el art\u00edculo 76 de la Ley Federal del Trabajo se\u00f1ala que las personas trabajadoras que tengan m\u00e1s de un a\u00f1o de servicios disfrutar\u00e1n de un periodo anual de vacaciones pagadas, que en ning\u00fan caso podr\u00e1 ser inferior a doce d\u00edas laborables, y que aumentar\u00e1 en dos d\u00edas laborables, hasta llegar a veinte, por cada a\u00f1o subsecuente de servicios.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Contin\u00faa se\u00f1alando el art\u00edculo en comento que a partir del sexto a\u00f1o, el periodo de vacaciones aumentar\u00e1 en dos d\u00edas por cada cinco de servicios.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por su parte, el art\u00edculo 78 de la Ley Federal del Trabajo establece que del total del periodo que le corresponda conforme a lo previsto en el art\u00edculo 76 antes mencionado, la persona trabajadora disfrutar\u00e1 de doce d\u00edas de vacaciones continuos, por lo menos. Dicho periodo, a potestad de la persona trabajadora podr\u00e1 ser distribuido en la forma y tiempo que as\u00ed lo requiera.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dicha reforma entrar\u00e1 en vigor el 1\u00b0 de enero de 2023 y las modificaciones motivo de dicho Decreto ser\u00e1n aplicables a los contratos individuales o colectivos de trabajo vigentes a la fecha de su entrada en vigor, cualquiera que sea su forma o denominaci\u00f3n, siempre que resulten m\u00e1s favorables a los derechos de las personas trabajadoras.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A continuaci\u00f3n,
