class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Servicio de Administraci\u00f3n Tributaria (SAT) dio a conocer el 25 de noviembre de 2022 en su portal de internet la segunda versi\u00f3n anticipada de la <strong>D\u00e9cima Resoluci\u00f3n<\/strong> de Modificaciones a la Resoluci\u00f3n Miscel\u00e1nea Fiscal (RMF) para 2022, de la cual consideramos destacan los siguientes cambios:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Vacaciones autoridades fiscales (d\u00edas inh\u00e1biles)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se modifica la regla 2.1.6. para adicionar que el segundo periodo general de vacaciones del 2022 de las autoridades fiscales comprende los d\u00edas <strong>del 19 de diciembre al 30 de diciembre de 2022.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Expedici\u00f3n CFDI 3.3<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se prev\u00e9 la modificaci\u00f3n de disposiciones transitorias para establecer que los contribuyentes obligados a expedir CFDI podr\u00e1n optar por emitirlos en su versi\u00f3n 3.3 y para el CFDI que ampara retenciones e informaci\u00f3n de pagos podr\u00e1n optar por emitirlos en su versi\u00f3n 1.0 <strong>hasta el 31 de marzo de 2023. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lo anterior tambi\u00e9n resultar\u00e1 aplicable a los complementos y complementos concepto, compatibles con dichas versiones.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Complemento carta porte<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si bien, por virtud de ciertas disposiciones transitorias, el uso del CFDI con complemento carta porte es aplicable a partir del 1 de enero de 2022, se prev\u00e9 la modificaci\u00f3n de dichas disposiciones para establecer que <u>se entiende que cumplen con lo dispuesto en las disposiciones fiscales aquellos contribuyentes que expidan el CFDI con complemento carta porte <strong>hasta el 31 de julio de 2023<\/strong> y este no cuente con la totalidad de los requisitos contenidos <\/u>en el \u201cInstructivo de llenado del CFDI al que se le incorpora el complemento Carta Porte\u201d dado a conocer en el Portal del Servicio de Administraci\u00f3n Tributaria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Es importante mencionar que la referida Resoluci\u00f3n se publica de forma anticipada por lo que a\u00fan se encuentra pendiente su publicaci\u00f3n en el Diario Oficial de la Federaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
