class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Servicio de Administraci\u00f3n Tributaria (SAT) dio a conocer la primera versi\u00f3n anticipada de la Octava Resoluci\u00f3n de Modificaciones a la Resoluci\u00f3n Miscel\u00e1nea Fiscal (RMF) para 2022, de la cual consideramos destacan los siguientes cambios:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>\n<h4>Reintegro de cantidades<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 Se prev\u00e9 la adici\u00f3n de la regla 2.3.17. que establece que las personas f\u00edsicas y morales que deban reintegrar alguna cantidad recibida por concepto de devoluciones autorizadas que no resulten procedentes lo har\u00e1n mediante una l\u00ednea de captura que deber\u00e1 solicitarse mediante el procedimiento establecido en la ficha de tr\u00e1mite 319\/CFF \u201cReintegros\u201d contenida en el Anexo 1-A que, en t\u00e9rminos generales, prev\u00e9 que deber\u00e1 presentarse un escrito firmado por el contribuyente o el representante legal manifestando ciertos datos, mismo que podr\u00e1 ser presentado en el Portal o en las oficinas del SAT.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<h4>Cambio de domicilio<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0 <\/strong>Se prev\u00e9 la modificaci\u00f3n de la regla 2.5.11. para establecer que los contribuyentes que \u00fanicamente perciban ingresos por salarios y en general por la prestaci\u00f3n de un servicio personal subordinado podr\u00e1n realizar el tr\u00e1mite de cambio de domicilio a trav\u00e9s de la <u>Oficina Virtual<\/u> de conformidad con la ficha de tr\u00e1mite 77\/CFF \u201cAviso de cambio de domicilio fiscal a trav\u00e9s del Portal del SAT, en la Oficina del SAT o en la Oficina Virtual\u201d contenida en el Anexo 1-A y cuya modificaci\u00f3n en esta versi\u00f3n anticipada incorpora los requisitos y procedimientos para el tr\u00e1mite a trav\u00e9s de la referida Oficina Virtual.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A continuaci\u00f3n, ponemos a su disposici\u00f3n el v\u00ednculo en donde pueden ser consultada
