REGULARIZACI\u00d3N DE PAGOS PROVISIONALES ISR 2022<\/strong><\/p>\n

El d\u00eda 30 de agosto de 2022, el Servicio de Administraci\u00f3n Tributaria (SAT) dio a conocer el comunicado. Este comunicado fue confirmado a trav\u00e9s de las redes sociales del SAT.<\/p>\n

Por lo anterior, el SAT invita a las personas morales que hayan elegido el R\u00e9gimen General de Ley o el R\u00e9gimen Simplificado de Confianza a regularizar sus declaraciones provisionales a m\u00e1s tardar el 19 de septiembre de 2022,<\/strong> presentando sus declaraciones y, en su caso, realizando los pagos provisionales de los meses de enero a julio de 2022 del \u00faltimo r\u00e9gimen que eligieron<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

FACILIDAD ADMINISTRATIVA PARA LA REDUCCI\u00d3N DE MULTAS FISCALES<\/strong><\/p>\n

El d\u00eda 31 de agosto de 2022, el SAT dio a conocer el comunicado 041\/2022 a trav\u00e9s del cual inform\u00f3 a todas los contribuyentes que tienen multas fiscales por incumplimiento de las declaraciones pendientes en a\u00f1os anteriores a 2022<\/strong>, que se emiti\u00f3 una facilidad que permite hasta el 100 % de reducci\u00f3n de las multas<\/strong>. Para obtener dicha facilidad deber\u00e1n estar al corriente con sus obligaciones fiscales. Este comunicado fue confirmado a trav\u00e9s de las redes sociales del SAT.<\/p>\n

Por lo anterior, el SAT dio a conocer que las personas que pueden obtener esta facilidad son:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Las que recibieron notificaciones de requerimiento y de la multa, pero no recibieron requerimiento del cobro de la misma<\/strong>, acceder\u00e1n a la reducci\u00f3n del 100 por ciento.<\/li>\n
  2. Las que recibieron notificaciones de requerimiento, as\u00ed como de la multa y tambi\u00e9n el requerimiento de cobro de la misma<\/strong>, obtendr\u00e1n la reducci\u00f3n de hasta el 90 % de acuerdo con la siguiente tabla:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
