class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En t\u00e9rminos de las disposiciones fiscales, los contribuyentes personas morales obligados a realizar pagos provisionales mensuales de impuesto sobre la renta que, por una parte, NO tributen en el nuevo R\u00e9gimen Simplificado de Confianza en t\u00e9rminos del Cap\u00edtulo XII del T\u00edtulo VII \u201cDe los Est\u00edmulos Fiscales\u201d de la LISR y que estimen que el Coeficiente de Utilidad que deben aplicar para la determinaci\u00f3n de dichos pagos es superior al coeficiente de utilidad que corresponde, <u>podr\u00e1n aplicar un Coeficiente de Utilidad menor a partir del segundo semestre del 2022<\/u>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para tales efectos, se deber\u00e1 solicitar ante las autoridades fiscales correspondientes la autorizaci\u00f3n para la aplicaci\u00f3n del Coeficiente de Utilidad menor un mes antes de la fecha en la que se deba efectuar el entero del pago(s) provisional(es) de ISR que se solicite(n) disminuir, adem\u00e1s de cumplir con diversos requisitos formales como la presentaci\u00f3n de un escrito y la forma oficial correspondiente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Considerando lo anterior, en <strong>FRALLA<\/strong> nos ponemos a su disposici\u00f3n para evaluar si resultar\u00eda necesario la aplicaci\u00f3n de un Coeficiente de Utilidad menor en los pagos provisionales del segundo semestre de 2022, evitando as\u00ed un saldo a favor relevante en la declaraci\u00f3n anual de ISR del ejercicio 2022 que tuviera un impacto en el flujo de efectivo de la operaci\u00f3n y, posteriormente, para llevar a cabo la solicitud de autorizaci\u00f3n para la aplicaci\u00f3n del coeficiente menor ante las autoridades fiscales mediante la integraci\u00f3n de la informaci\u00f3n y documentaci\u00f3n necesaria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Quedamos a sus \u00f3rdenes para cualquier
