class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Decreto publicado en el Diario Oficial de la Federaci\u00f3n el 18 de enero de 2017 (<em>Decreto que otorga diversas facilidades administrativas en materia del impuesto sobre la renta relativos a dep\u00f3sitos o inversiones que se reciban en M\u00e9xico<\/em>) estableci\u00f3 diversas facilidades administrativas para las personas f\u00edsicas y morales que hayan obtenido ingresos provenientes de inversiones, directas e indirectas, mantenidas en el extranjero hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2016 y que se retornaran al pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dichas facilidades consist\u00edan, entre otras, en que las personas f\u00edsicas y morales residentes en M\u00e9xico, as\u00ed como residentes en el extranjero con establecimiento permanente en el pa\u00eds que hubiesen obtenido ingresos de inversiones mantenidas, directa o indirectamente, en el extranjero hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2016, pudieran regularizar dichas inversiones aplicando la tasa preferencial del 8% sobre el monto total de los recursos que se retornaran al pa\u00eds, siempre que se cumplieran diversos requisitos como la presentaci\u00f3n del aviso correspondiente y que dichos recursos retornados fueran invertidos en ciertos fines y plazos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><u>Recientemente las autoridades fiscales han iniciado sus facultades de comprobaci\u00f3n a diversos contribuyentes que decidieron optar por las facilidades establecidas en el referido Decreto.<\/u><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por lo anterior, en <strong>Fralla<\/strong> nos ponemos a su disposici\u00f3n a fin de apoyar a nuestros Clientes en el proceso de revisi\u00f3n por parte de las autoridades fiscales para lo cual realizar\u00edamos, en t\u00e9rminos generales, lo siguiente:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Revisi\u00f3n de la informaci\u00f3n y documentaci\u00f3n relacionada con la aplicaci\u00f3n de las facilidades establecidas en el Decreto;<\/li>\n<li>Revisi\u00f3n, integraci\u00f3n y presentaci\u00f3n de la documentaci\u00f3n que sea requerida por parte de las autoridades fiscales;<\/li>\n<li>Seguimiento y gestiones ante las autoridades fiscales y, en su caso, revisi\u00f3n, integraci\u00f3n y presentaci\u00f3n de documentaci\u00f3n adicional que lleguen a requerir dichas autoridades, hasta la conclusi\u00f3n satisfactoria para nuestros Clientes de estos procesos de comprobaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Quedamos a
