In addition, according to said e-mail, the amount of VAT on the tax invoices issued is associated with those invoices collected through a single instalment (PUE, per its acronym in Spanish).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In this regard, we recommend our clients the following:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>To review that the tax invoices that were issued with the type of collection \u201cthrough a single instalment\u201d (PUE) correspond to tax invoices actually collected during the month of issuance, since otherwise they should have been issued with the type of collection \u201cthrough instalments or deferred\u201d (PPD, per its acronym in Spanish).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px; text-align: justify;\">2.To remember that, at any rate, the VAT is triggered at the moment of collection and not at the moment when the tax invoice is issued, thus it is critical to have the corresponding reconciliation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px; text-align: justify;\">3. To file the clarification case through the tax mailbox, indicating the considerations above regarding the moment the VAT is triggered, as well as the type of collection for the tax invoices
