Por virtud de la publicaci\u00f3n de la Segunda Resoluci\u00f3n de Modificaciones a la RMF<strong> se ampli\u00f3 dicho plazo hasta el 30 de junio de 2022<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Entre los principales cambios que considera la nueva versi\u00f3n 4.0 del CFDI se encuentran los siguientes:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Incluir de manera obligatoria el nombre o raz\u00f3n social, y domicilio fiscal especificando c\u00f3digo postal del emisor y del receptor.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Incluir el r\u00e9gimen fiscal del receptor.<\/li>\n<li>Desaparece el uso de <em>CFDI P01 \u2013 Por definir<\/em> y se agrega una validaci\u00f3n a este cat\u00e1logo. Adicionalmente, dependiendo del r\u00e9gimen fiscal del receptor se definir\u00e1 las opciones de uso de CFDI que se podr\u00e1n utilizar para la emisi\u00f3n del mismo.<\/li>\n<li>Para las facturas generadas en moneda diferente al peso mexicano (MXN) se deber\u00e1 de indicar el tipo de cambio FIX determinado por el Banco de M\u00e9xico.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Indicar si el producto o servicio de la transacci\u00f3n comercial es objeto de impuesto o no y si est\u00e1 obligado al desglose de estos.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Se deber\u00e1 especificar la suma base de los conceptos que implican impuesto trasladado.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Con el objetivo de verificar la informaci\u00f3n que contendr\u00e1n los CFDI que se expedir\u00e1n y dar cumplimiento a los requisitos de emisi\u00f3n del CFDI en su versi\u00f3n 4.0, <strong>recomendamos a nuestros clientes lo siguiente<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; <u>Solicitar la<\/u><u> constancia de situaci\u00f3n fiscal actualizada<\/u> y el uso que le dar\u00e1n al CFDI a sus clientes <u>a m\u00e1s tardar el 15 de junio de 2022<\/u> con el fin de actualizar los sistemas de facturaci\u00f3n de forma oportuna y evitar contratiempos en la emisi\u00f3n de los comprobantes a partir de julio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; <u>Solicitar lo antes posible la constancia de situaci\u00f3n fiscal actualizada a sus empleados o colaboradores<\/u> a fin de contar con la informaci\u00f3n necesaria para el timbrado de n\u00f3mina a m\u00e1s tardar en la segunda quincena de junio de 2022.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Quedamos a sus \u00f3rdenes para cualquier duda o aclaraci\u00f3n en relaci\u00f3n con la presente publicaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p
