text-align: justify;\">a. Cuando adem\u00e1s obtengan ingresos acumulables distintos de los se\u00f1alados en el Cap\u00edtulo de Sueldos y Salarios;<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px; text-align: justify;\">b. Cuando se hubiera comunicado por escrito al retenedor que se presentar\u00e1 declaraci\u00f3n anual;<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px; text-align: justify;\"><strong>c. Cuando dejen de prestar servicios antes del 31 de diciembre del a\u00f1o de que se trate o cuando se hubiesen prestado servicios a dos o m\u00e1s empleadores en forma simult\u00e1nea;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px; text-align: justify;\">d. Cuando obtengan ingresos por los conceptos a que se refiere este Cap\u00edtulo, de fuente de riqueza ubicada en el extranjero o provenientes de personas no obligadas a efectuar las retenciones del art\u00edculo 96 de la Ley del Impuesto sobre la Renta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px; text-align: justify;\">e. Cuando obtengan ingresos anuales por sueldos y salarios que excedan de $400,000.00.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Conforme a lo anterior, consideramos relevante revisar si como parte de las adecuaciones laborales derivadas de la reforma en materia de subcontrataci\u00f3n existieran sustituciones patronales y\/o casos en que los empleados hubieran percibido ingresos por sueldos y salarios de dos o m\u00e1s patrones, en cuyos casos estar\u00edan obligados a presentar de forma individual su declaraci\u00f3n anual de ISR del ejercicio fiscal 2021.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al respecto, nos ponemos a su disposici\u00f3n a fin de apoyarlos ya sea con <em>webinars<\/em>, cursos presenciales o ambas dirigidos a los empleados a fin de darles a conocer todas las particularidades que se deben tener en cuenta en el llenado del aplicativo de la declaraci\u00f3n anual 2021, aclaraci\u00f3n de dudas, etc., para fines de que se encuentren en posibilidad de presentar su declaraci\u00f3n anual de ISR en tiempo y forma.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En este mismo sentido, dentro de los servicios que nuestra Firma ofrece es apoyarlos en la revisi\u00f3n, preparaci\u00f3n y presentaci\u00f3n de su declaraci\u00f3n anual de ISR, revisando temas particulares de sus deducciones personales, inversiones o dep\u00f3sitos en el extranjero, transferencias o dep\u00f3sitos recibidos en sus estados de cuenta o pagos a tarjetas de cr\u00e9dito a fin de cerciorarnos de que no se encuentren dentro de una discrepancia fiscal en t\u00e9rminos del art\u00edculo 91 de la Ley del Impuesto sobre la Renta y, de igual forma apoyamos a nuestros clientes en solicitar de forma manual los saldos a favor de ISR en caso de que las autoridades fiscales
