class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>En relaci\u00f3n con nuestro Flash Fiscal No. 15 y No. 19, el d\u00eda 5 de septiembre de 2021 el Servicio de Administraci\u00f3n Tributaria dio a conocer mediante su p\u00e1gina de internet la <strong>tercera<\/strong> publicaci\u00f3n respecto a tasas efectivas de impuesto sobre la renta para la medici\u00f3n de riesgos impositivos correspondientes a <strong>setenta y nueve nuevas actividades econ\u00f3micas<\/strong> para los ejercicios fiscales desde 2016 a 2019 sobre el padr\u00f3n de grandes contribuyentes.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con el comunicado, las referidas setenta y nueve actividades econ\u00f3micas contemplan doce sectores econ\u00f3micos, entre los que destacan: comercio al por mayor, comercio al por menor, direcci\u00f3n de corporativos y empresas, industrias manufactureras, servicios de apoyo a los negocios, servicios de salud y de asistencia social, servicios inmobiliarios y de alquiler de bienes muebles e intangibles, servicios profesionales.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de reiterar la invitaci\u00f3n a los contribuyentes para consultar la tasa efectiva de impuesto correspondiente a la actividad econ\u00f3mica a la que pertenecen y compararla con la tasa efectiva propia para medir sus riesgos impositivos y, en su caso, corregir su situaci\u00f3n fiscal mediante la presentaci\u00f3n de las declaraciones anuales complementarias correspondientes para minimizar la posibilidad de revisiones profundas orientadas a corroborar el correcto cumplimiento de sus obligaciones fiscales<u>, las autoridades fiscales tambi\u00e9n se\u00f1alan en el comunicado que han contactado v\u00eda buz\u00f3n tributario a aquellos contribuyentes cuya tasa efectiva se encuentra por debajo de las dadas a conocer para que realicen su an\u00e1lisis y, voluntariamente, corrijan su situaci\u00f3n fiscal.<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Derivado de lo anterior, en <strong>FRALLA <\/strong>ponemos a su disposici\u00f3n
