Ese mismo d\u00eda, las Comisiones Unidas de Trabajo y Previsi\u00f3n Social, y de Hacienda y Cr\u00e9dito P\u00fablico de la C\u00e1mara de Diputados aprobaron el Dictamen de Proyecto de Decreto por el que se reforman diversos art\u00edculos transitorios del Decreto<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a> por el que se reforman diversas disposiciones en materia de subcontrataci\u00f3n publicado en el Diario Oficial de la Federaci\u00f3n (DOF) el 23 de abril de 2021.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dicho dictamen fue aprobado en lo particular en la sesi\u00f3n extraordinaria del 30 de julio de 2021 tanto en la C\u00e1mara de Diputados como en la C\u00e1mara de Senadores.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mediante el referido Decreto se modifican los <strong>Art\u00edculos Transitorios<\/strong> <strong>Primero, Tercero Cuarto, Quinto, Sexto y S\u00e9ptimo<\/strong> del Decreto publicado el 23 de abril de 2021, los cuales establecen la entrada en vigor de ciertas disposiciones de la reforma en materia de subcontrataci\u00f3n. El 31 de julio de 2021 se public\u00f3 en el DOF el referido Decreto el cual entr\u00f3 en vigor el d\u00eda siguiente a su publicaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En t\u00e9rminos generales el Decreto publicado prev\u00e9 que la nueva entrada en vigor de las disposiciones cuya entrada en vigor originalmente se preve\u00eda el 1 de agosto de 2021, <u>ser\u00e1 el pr\u00f3ximo 1 de septiembre de 2021<\/u>, tal como se se\u00f1ala a continuaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art\u00edculo Transitorio<\/strong> <strong>Primero <\/strong>\u2013 Disposiciones fiscales en materia de subcontrataci\u00f3n contenidas en el C\u00f3digo Fiscal de la Federaci\u00f3n, Ley del Impuesto sobre la Renta e Impuesto al Valor Agregado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art\u00edculo Transitorio<\/strong> <strong>Tercero <\/strong>\u2013 Plazo para obtener registro ante el REPSE como prestador de servicios especializados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art\u00edculo Transitorio<\/strong> <strong>Cuarto <\/strong>\u2013 Migraci\u00f3n de empleados de empresas que prestan servicios de subcontrataci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de la figura de sustituci\u00f3n patronal sin necesidad del requisito de transmisi\u00f3n de bienes objeto de la empresa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art\u00edculo Transitorio<\/strong> <strong>Quinto <\/strong>\u2013 Regularizaci\u00f3n de registros patronales por clase a nivel nacional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art\u00edculo Transitorio<\/strong> <strong>Sexto <\/strong>\u2013 Plazo para reporte ante el IMSS de la informaci\u00f3n sobre contratos especializados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art\u00edculo Transitorio<\/strong> <strong>S\u00e9ptimo <\/strong>\u2013 Sustituci\u00f3n patronal ante IMSS para conservar clase, fracci\u00f3n y prima del Seguro de Riesgos de Trabajo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A continuaci\u00f3n ponemos a su disposici\u00f3n el v\u00ednculo en el cual puede ser consultada dicha publicaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<p
