diversas disposiciones de la Ley Federal de Telecomunicaciones y Radiodifusi\u00f3n estableciendo la obligaci\u00f3n para los usuarios de l\u00edneas telef\u00f3nicas m\u00f3viles de proporcionar datos biom\u00e9tricos a la Compa\u00f1\u00eda que le preste servicios de telefon\u00eda m\u00f3vil.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La utilizaci\u00f3n indebida de la informaci\u00f3n que los usuarios de l\u00edneas telef\u00f3nicas m\u00f3viles deben proporcionar a las empresas telef\u00f3nicas afecta y pone en riesgo la integridad, privacidad y patrimonio de los mismos, ya que no existen controles claros de seguridad que garanticen que NO se podr\u00e1 hacer mal uso de dicha informaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Consideramos que el medio de defensa id\u00f3neo para impugnar la utilizaci\u00f3n indebida de la informaci\u00f3n que los usuarios de l\u00edneas telef\u00f3nicas m\u00f3viles deben proporcionar a las empresas telef\u00f3nicas, es el juicio de amparo con el cual un juez de Distrito solicitar\u00e1 una protecci\u00f3n provisional (suspensi\u00f3n) para no cumplir con la ley en lo que se resuelve el juicio, en definitiva.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En <strong>FRALLA <\/strong>dise\u00f1amos un esquema de promoci\u00f3n \u201c<em>semi-masiva<\/em>\u201d de demandas para eficientar al m\u00e1ximo costos administrativos, sin entorpecer la agilidad del juicio, por lo que ponemos a sus \u00f3rdenes nuestros servicios en este sentido.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El plazo para la interposici\u00f3n de la demanda de amparo vence el pr\u00f3ximo <strong>25 de mayo de 2021<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Quedamos a sus \u00f3rdenes para cualquier
