Dentro de las principales modificaciones a dichos anexos se incluye la modificaci\u00f3n al Anexo 3 \u201cCriterios no vinculativos de las disposiciones fiscales\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La modificaci\u00f3n al referido Anexo 3 consisti\u00f3 en la adici\u00f3n del criterio no vinculativo \u201c<em>2\/CFF\/NV Revelaci\u00f3n de esquemas reportables generalizados. Hacer aparentar que tienen el car\u00e1cter de esquemas reportables personalizados, es contrario a lo establecido por las disposiciones legales aplicables\u201d,<\/em> el cual establece que se considera una pr\u00e1ctica fiscal indebida el no presentar la declaraci\u00f3n informativa de revelaci\u00f3n de esquemas reportables generalizados en virtud de que deliberadamente se hace aparentar que un esquema reportable generalizado tiene el car\u00e1cter de esquema reportable personalizado, ya que dichos esquemas personalizados no deber\u00e1n reportarse si se el beneficio obtenido o que se espera obtener es inferior a 100 millones de pesos.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De igual forma, el referido criterio establece que se considera una pr\u00e1ctica fiscal indebida el no revelar el mecanismo para evitar la aplicaci\u00f3n del art\u00edculo 199 del C\u00f3digo Fiscal de la Federaci\u00f3n (supuestos en los que se considera existe un esquema reportable) en virtud de que se hace aparentar que el esquema reportable generalizado tiene el car\u00e1cter de esquema reportable personalizado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A continuaci\u00f3n ponemos a su
